All customers have to register and login for placing orders on the Site. ORDERING FROM US

Before an order can be placed with us, you are required to complete the registration from using our online service.

Once you have completed the registration from, the order will have deemed to have been placed. We will send you confirmation of receipt of the registration from detailing the information on the registration form. This will be done immediately our customer service department; whichever method you specify.

Acceptance of the order takes place when we confirm receipt of the registration form by email or call.

Delivery time will be made as par our schedule depending on the brand and manufacturer status, customer choice delivery available time patterns.

Customer delivery time is available as per the slots given and available.

Customer agrees by ordering he allows the delivery van/ bike/ person to enter his premise with proper identification card.

SUBSCRIPTION

You agree that all orders here cannot be cancelled once placed.

No refund would be possible in case of not accepting the delivery.

No refund would be allowed but we would change or give one additional delivery for the same.

CHANGE/ EXCHANGE

There is no exchange or refund on any goods.

 

PAYMENT /COLLECTION

Payment can be made online on www.dentalplant.in website and this is an automated payment system.

In case of payment failure, we are not liable for the same, but charges may be applicable.

SERVICE ACCESS

We make every effort to keep the website up and running smoothly. While we endeavour to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

GOVERNING LOW AND JURISDICTION

This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by Samarth Enterprises and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Mumbai The High Court of judicature at Mumbai alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
